We accept returns of swimsuits purchased from sculptswim.com for store credit equal to your purchase price less the original shipping and handling costs we incurred to ship the item(s) to you, provided:
1. such return is received by us within 30 calendar days of delivery with valid proof of purchase and
2. such items are returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed and sealed in their original packaging with all tags and liners attached.
For sanitary reasons and to comply with the above, please try on our swimsuits over your underwear if you are thinking about making a return.
Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit (Including promotion code discounted items)
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges, customs, duties, taxes and any other charges on returned items and you bear the risk of loss during shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
As an e-commerce shop, we do not offer typical exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product in its original condition, please follow the return procedures outlined below and place a new order for your preferred item(s). You can do this at your earliest convenience by placing an order now so it ships asap, or you can wait until we've processed your store credit.
Orders that utilized "Free Shipping" will be have shipping fees deducted from return amounts.
To return products, email info@sculptswim.com with your full name and order number. If we authorize your return, we will email you instructions on next steps.
Full-priced items returned in their original condition within 30 calendar days, unused, unwashed and sealed in their original packaging with all tags and liners attached.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, then cancellation is not possible. You can return the item to us after receiving the package for a refund, less the original shipping costs

- Items that don't meet the criteria in our return policy (e.g.: items that have been worn, washed or are soiled or stained)
Any items that don't meet the criteria in our return policy will be shipped back to you, provided you pay for all shipping and handling charges, customs, duties, taxes and any other charges associated with shipping the items back to you.
To avoid incurring these additional costs and to abide by sanitary practices, please make sure you carefully read our return policy and comply with it before deciding to return an item.
If your returned item(s) are approved for a refund by our Customer Care team after inspection, you will receive a store credit notification via email, generally within 3-5 business days.
We have extended our return window from 30 calendar days to 40 calendar days within which we must receive the returned items. For items eligible and approved for a refund, store credits will be issued within 8-10 business days of inspection.
