We accept returns of swimsuits purchased from sculptswim.com for store credit equal to the purchase price paid, less any original shipping and handling costs incurred by us to ship the item(s) to you, provided that:

1. The return is received by us within 30 calendar days of delivery and is accompanied by valid proof of purchase; and
2. The item(s) are returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags, liners, and hygienic seals attached.

For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimsuits over your underwear.

Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit, including items purchased using promotional or discount codes.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, and any other charges associated with returning merchandise. You bear the risk of loss during return shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you insure all return shipments and use a carrier that provides proof of delivery.

As an e-commerce retailer, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred item(s). You may do so immediately to avoid stock shortages or wait until your return has been processed.

Orders that qualified for free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the value of any store credit or refund issued.

Refused Deliveries, Unclaimed Shipments & Return-to-Sender Orders

If an order is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, undeliverable, returned to sender, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, carrier collection charges, or any other delivery-related fees, the customer will remain responsible for all costs incurred by Sculpt Swim.

Any refund or store credit issued for such orders may be reduced by:

• Original outbound shipping and handling costs;

• Return shipping charges assessed by the carrier;

• Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, storage fees, and administrative fees incurred as a result of the return shipment; and

• Any other non-recoverable costs associated with the shipment and return of the order.

If the total costs incurred equal or exceed the amount paid for the order, no refund or store credit will be issued.

International customers are solely responsible for understanding and paying any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, or other government-imposed fees required by their destination country.

To return products, email info@sculptswim.com with your full name and order number. If we authorize your return, we will email you instructions on next steps.

Full-priced items returned in their original condition within 30 calendar days, unused, unwashed and sealed in their original packaging with all tags and liners attached. 

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, then cancellation is not possible. You can return the item to us after receiving the package for a refund, less the original shipping costs

- Items marked as final sale

- Sale items

- Free gifts or promotional items

- Items that don't meet the criteria in our return policy (e.g.: items that have been worn, washed or are soiled or stained)

Any items that don't meet the criteria in our return policy will be shipped back to you, provided you pay for all shipping and handling charges, customs, duties, taxes and any other charges associated with shipping the items back to you.

To avoid incurring these additional costs and to abide by sanitary practices, please make sure you carefully read our return policy and comply with it before deciding to return an item.

If your returned item(s) are approved for a refund by our Customer Care team after inspection, you will receive a store credit notification via email, generally within 3-5 business days.

We have extended our return window from 30 calendar days to 40 calendar days within which we must receive the returned items. For items eligible and approved for a refund, store credits will be issued within 8-10 business days of inspection.
