What shipping options do you offer?

  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel: 3-5 business days handling + approximately 6 business days delivery.
  • Canada Post Xpresspost: 3-5 business days handling + approximately 4 business days delivery.
  • Canada Post Priority: 3-5 business days handling + approximately 3 business days delivery.
  • Canada Post Tracked Packet USA: 3-5 business days handling + approximately 4-7 business days delivery.
  • Canada Post Xpresspost USA: 3-5 business days handling + approximately 2-3 business days delivery.
  • Canada Post Tracked Packet International:  3-5 business days handling + approximately 6-10 business days delivery.
  • Canada Post Xpresspost International: 3-5 business days handling + approximately 4-7 business days delivery.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are generally dispatched the following business day. Depending on the shipping service you have selected, your order will arrive within 1-10 business days after dispatch.

Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Estimated shipping times do not take into account any potential customs interventions.

 

Will my order be delayed due to COVID-19?

Our warehouse is operational. However, please note that Canada Post and USPS have advised of potential delays in delivery times.

 

How do I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Click on the link provided to track your order.

My shipment is taking longer than the estimated delivery time or is lost. What should I do?

Please contact the shipping carrier and provide it with your tracking number. If you still have questions contact our Customer Care team. We are not responsible for any delays beyond our control. 

 

Do I have to pay customs charges?

Shipments within Canada are not subject to customs charges.

For international shipments, you are responsible for all customs charges, fees, duties and taxes. Please consult your country's customs regulations. We are not responsible for any customs charges, fees, duties and taxes related to such shipments.
